Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description:

Integrated Marketing Campaigns for Lead Generation

  • Planning of the campaigns by following the template

  • Timely execution of the campaigns as per the plan by using different tools/ channels like emailers, Social Media posts, digital/physical events, etc.

  • Post-campaign analytics & reporting - collating of the responses to filter out the leads & posting them on CRM

  • Analysing the campaign effectiveness, learning & scope for improvement

Website & Social Media channels
  • Managing the website updates & accountability for performance matrix

  • Meeting SEO objectives (on-page, off-page & technical)

  • Managing social media accounts, posting relevant content, handling responses and periodic analytics

Database Management

  • Monitoring & maintaining the database in ZOHO CRM to ensure that the data is updated & relevant and sorted

  • Sourcing bulk database from different sources & tools as per the ‘criteria’ defined

  • Data mining through the internet - search for a company/ individual data on the internet as per the ‘criteria’ defined by the LM (Line Manager).

Marketing Tools Availability & Distribution

  • Maintaining inventory of essential online and offline marketing tools like brochures, case studies, PPTs, videos, etc as per marketing server guidelines.

  • Ensuring easy access and availability of these tools for internal stakeholders including the sales team

  • Periodic Updating of Marketing Collateral with relevant content changes and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

  • Building basic creative templates and designs for marketing use

  • Maintaining inventory of essential online and offline marketing tools like brochures, case studies, PPTs, videos, etc as per marketing server guidelines.

  • Ensuring easy access and availability of these tools for internal stakeholders including the sales team

Vendors, Partner Forums, and Event/ Exhibition Coordination

  • Vendor Sourcing and Negotiations for product/ services vendors for marketing activities

  • Coordination and Communication with vendors, forums and event organizers for timely submissions of deliverables as per contracts. .

  • For Exhibitions/ events coordination on the timely availability of collateral, display banners/ posters, on-site vendors, etc.

Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours

Functional

  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals like - segmentation, differentiation, positioning, UVP/USP etc. in context of B2B marketing

  • Thorough knowledge & hands-on experience in Digital Marketing for B2B - including but not limited to current trends, updates, tools, practices in website management, social media (especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube), digital PR, SEO, SEM

  • Strong Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of implementing on page and off page SEO

  • Practical Experience of working on Google Ad campaigns

  • Understanding of content marketing- basics of content creation, creating copy, structural writing, creating short and long copy for different social media platforms

  • Basics of WordPress Back End Website Development(Coding)

  • Coordination with external agencies, industry associations, vendor development & management etc.

  • Excellent English Writing Skills(Specifically for Content Creation)

Computer/software related

  • Hands-on experience on CRM/marketing automation platform-preferably ZOHO and a willingness to learn and execute tasks on productivity tools such as Invideo, Zoho Campaigns)Above average proficiency in using productivity tools (like word, powerpoint, excel, google forms, mailchimp etc.) and design/development tools (like canva, invideo, coreldraw, photoshop etc.)

  • Hands-on experience of using advanced & deep search for extracting required information, content, images, video etc.

  • Basic skills in graphic design & video editing(Using tools such as Canva)

Soft skills

  • Creativity - ideation, aesthetic sense, eye for detail, out-of-the-box thinking

  • Communication - confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders using smart, professional language.

  • Teamwork - collaboration with cross functional teams
