Roles and Responsibilities

Neptunus Power aims to grow our Engineering Business 10x over the next 5 years, by adding to our Engine Solutions, Reliability Engineering Solutions in the Oil and Gas, Marine, and Defense Sectors. We have a strong brand in the Marine and the Oil & Gas sectors.

A Customer Service Representative role entails supporting the sales team in attaining monthly and annual target of 125 cr throughput by:

  • Resolution of interdepartmental conflicts that often slows down the sales progress
  • Proposal writing
  • Ensuring quotations are made to satisfaction of sales team and are submitted to the customers on time
  • Quote Preparation
  • Ensuring on time project completion for sales team

Another important aspect of this role is to ensure the WOW Factor that we want to deliver to our customers through:

  • Effective communication with the new and existing clients

  • Resolves all complex inquiries from the customers with support from other departments

This role shall be instrumental in making more sales happen and thereby helping Neptunus to build and grow business in the target segments

Roles and Responsibilities

Delivering a wow experience to the customer -

  • Acknowledge customer queries(within an hour of receipt) & ensure resolution of same (through the support of other departments) within 24 hours
Enabling Sales -

  • Understand the requirement of Sales Key Account Manager and follow up with Commercial team to prepare quotation accordingly. To be completed in 24 hours post receipt of task from Sales Key Account Manager
  • Design & prepare proposal as per the advice of the Key Account Manager
  • Track projects as advised by Sales Head & prepare daily updates

  • 1-3 years of experience as a coordinator - M
  • 1 year of experience in the role of a sales coordinator - N
  • Good command over Excel, Word & Power Point - M
  • Experience of using CRM software - N

  • Should be well organized & have effective time management skill M
  • Excellent communication skill (written & verbal) - M
  • Should be a team player - M
