Whats the purpose of this role?
Neptunus aims to grow our Engineering Business 10x over the next 5 years, by adding to our Engine Solutions, Reliability Engineering Solutions and EPC Projects Verticals in the Oil and Gas, Marine, Industrial, and Defence Sectors. We have a strong brand in Marine sector, and the purpose of this role is to build and grow that business.
We provide condition based maintenance, remote asset monitoring, oil management, predictive diagnostic tools and IOT solutions to enhance equipment life and ensure zero failures for large rotating equipment such as engines and propulsion systems.
This Role will be a Key Role in our Service department, heading the entire Service department, Process oriented and ensuring the adherence to the QMS of all the Team members in the department. Being organized in himself and setting an example for the rest of the team members.

Activities (What will I do?)
Responsible for all Q, V and C (ie Ensure On-time delivery, Zero rework and no cost Overrun) of all Service Executions with effective briefing and debriefing mechanisms to achieve a Customer Delight score > 4.5 for at least 95% of the projects/ service orders / contracts executed.
Visit all Existing customers once a quarter and promote service and improve customer experience
Drive continual improvements on repeat jobs to reduce service execution time by 10% and expense control.
Improve the Average Manpower Utilization by continuous training; driving service leads; by meeting customer to increase service revenues
Drive Safety Culture and ensure Zero Safety Violations
Drive periodic Progress Tracking system, better Documentation & Record Keeping
Raise Service Invoices (all types of billing) with in 48Hrs from Job completion
Drive on time delivery for:
remote assistance for customers technical queries,
Assist commercial team with parts list; work scope for any given enquiry
Knowledge (Functional and Non-Technical):
Knowledge of IC engine - design evaluation; Operation; Repair & maintenance and retrofit preferably from Marine or Offshore (Prefer MEDIUM SPEED Engines
Skills (Functional and Non-Technical):
Good Communication skill in English - Verbal and written.
Must have knowledge of Safety Practices
Lead a team size ( 50 or more employees)
Annual Service Volume handled (=> 15 Cr)
Behaviors (Technical and Non-Technical):
Able to handle pressure and deal with different people at a given time.
Well Organized way of working.
