- Drive Sales to Rs. 10 crores in 1st year, and 45 crores over 3 years for Metaline offerings with a focus on Shipyards, Propellor Manufacturers, Marine Equipment Manufacturers customers in the Marine sector.
- Within this revenue target, add 60 new Customers who will provide 0.15 crore revenue, and increase the sales to Rs. 10 crores.
- Build Customer Delight score to 4.5 across all Customers.
- Create Prospect List of 150 Customers, and build a database of Market Intelligence through visit reports.
- Ensure timely collections to ensure a payment cycle of < 45 days.

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Variable Pay: 30% of Fixed CTC
