- Drive Sales to Rs. 6 crores in 1st year, and 20 crores over 3 years for IOT, Condition Monitoring, Oil Management, FM, Surface Protection offerings with a focus on Rubber, Cement, Steel, Auto, Fertilizers, Bearing Manufacturers customers in the Industrial sector.
- Within this revenue target, add 40 new Customers who will provide 0.15 crores revenue, and increase the sales of IOT, CBM, OM, FM, Surface Protection offerings to Rs. 6 crores.
- Build Customer Delight score to 4.5 across all Customers.
- Create Prospect List of 150 Customers, and build a database of Market Intelligence through visit reports.
- Ensure timely collections to ensure a payment cycle of < 45 days.
Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Variable Pay: 30% of Fixed CTC
