This role is a unique role that blends the Account management and Business development for a growth-hungry, dynamic company in the SME sector. To strengthen the Marine/ Oil and Gas / Industrial segment, Neptunus Power wishes to appoint Assist. Managers Sales for its West and South Region, who will steward the next level of growth for the business. The lucrative monetary reward system/incentive is linked to revenue growth and profitability.
She/He will have the full support of the regional and global management to drive the success of the growth plans.
Outcomes and Responsibilities:
> Increase Current Revenue stream from 25 Cr. to 35 Cr.
> Make 20 customer visits a month (PAN India) on the technical & commercial discussion.
> Ensure Conversion Ratio of 25% (Number of visits to submitting customer proposals)
> Provide 100% Customised Business Solutions, as required to meet Customer requirements
> Expand customer base by 20% from the current ( 60 customers) by establishing new contacts and through market penetration.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications: B.E. / Diploma Engineering preferably Mechanical / Marine / Industrial Engineering
Experience : 7 + years experience in B2B Sales in Marine / Engineering / Oil & Gas / Shipbuilding Industry
Nice to have:
Proven ability to exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals. Should have Personally responsible for delivering revenue target of 10 Cr.
Communication: Articulate, and should able to write 4-page report in English
Behavioral Traits: Ability to work under pressure both externally and internally across department lines, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously.

> Ensure Sales & Marketing information system (Sales Pipeline) is routinely updated especially in relation to customer visits, quotations and related information.
> Work closely with project / Operations teams and other departments/internal businesses within to maximize sales volume/margin, net profit and customer satisfaction.
