Purpose of the Role:
Bosch is global brand that has high presence in India through OEMs, but no direct Sales Channel in the Off-Highway Industry and Genset Market in India. This is a great opportunity to build a direct Sales channel from scratch, learn from the leadership of a global brand, and provide high quality, reliable solutions to Customers that enhance equipment life. Neptunus, representing Bosch in the Mining and Genset Segments in Maharashtra and Goa, sees an opportunity to build a business of at least Rs. 20 cr over the next 3 years.

Outcomes & Responsibilities:
Identify and populate list of opportunities for Bosch Fuel Injection Systems, Zexel Governors, Starters, Alternators in Mining and Genset sector across Maharashtra and Goa. Populate list of Japanese earthmoving equipment that uses Zexel Products.
Drive Sales to Rs. 2 cr in 1st year, and Rs. 20 cr in 3 years for Bosch Products
Build Bosch Brand as a separate identify in the Mining and Genset Segment under the Neptunus umbrella brand

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.

Key Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

3 Years of Experience in B2B Technical Sales in Industrial Sector in Maharashtra and Goa
Outbound Sales volumes of at least 5 cr per year for 2 years in Industrial

Basic Knowledge of Engines, Fuel Injection Equipment, Starters, Batteries
Knowledge of Mining, Construction Equipment or Genset Market in India
Should be able to write a 6 page report in English.
Driven to sell
Should be methodical in data collection
Should align with Neptunus core values of Accountability, Excellence, Integrity, Safety, Teamwork and Stakeholder Delight

Challenges of the Role:
Building a brand from scratch
Lack of adequate database currently will need candidate to build database himself/herself

Key Linkages:
Neptunus is a lean organization. The candidate will have access to the Senior-most Management - Directors, Head of Departments.
Will have to work with Sales Operations Team.

As in any Sales role, Direct Contact with Customers Purchase Team is necessary.
